Processing Time All paintings are carefully inspected, wrapped, and prepared for shipment within 3–5 business days of your order being placed. Custom or commission pieces may require additional time; estimated timelines will be communicated at the time of order.

Packaging Every painting is professionally packaged using archival materials to ensure it arrives in perfect condition. Framed works receive additional protective wrapping.

Damage in Transit In the rare event your painting arrives damaged, please photograph the damage and packaging immediately and contact us within 48 hours at [your email]. We will work with the carrier to file an insurance claim and resolve the issue promptly.
